Please bring if you have labeled with your names. 

We need everyone that has a swimmer to help us set up and clean up.  

SET UP

Set up will start at 6pm on Friday.  All families with a swimmer need to have someone here to help. 

Volunteer Times: 

Parking Marshalls: 545am-8:30am

Concessions 1st half: 6am-Back

Concessions 2nd half: 9:30-Clean up

Grill Helper 1st half: 7am-Back

Grill Helper 2nd half: Breast-Clean Up

Team Arrival:  If you are swimming Free or Back, you will warmup at 730.  Swimmers should be there no later than 7:00 am.  

If you are not swimming until Breast, Fly or IM, you will do the 2nd half meet warmup. Swimmers should arrive no later than 9:15 am.   

Clean Up:

All families with a swimmer must help clean up!  We appreciate your help.
