Practice:

Girls must wear a one-piece swimsuit and boys must wear tight-fitting jammer style suits. It is suggested that swimmers DO NOT wear their team suit for practice in order to extend the life of the suit. In addition swimmers should bring the following to every practice:

• kickboard
• swim fins
• goggles
• towel

These items can be purchased independently and will be available via SwimOutlet. Please label your kickboard and fins.

Meets:

Boys and girls must wear the team swimsuit. In addition, swimmers should bring the following to every meet:

• goggles
• Sharks team swim cap (required for girls, optional for boys with short hair)
• towel (1 or more)

IMPORTANT: If a swimmer wears a cap at a meet, it MUST be the Sharks team cap. Swimmers will not be permitted to swim at meets while wearing other swim caps.
