📍 Wednesday Meet – Important Info

As we’ve shared over the weekend and last week, the app is not working correctly due to the rescheduled meet date.

👉 To view swimmer entries and job assignments, please use a computer instead of the app.

Meet Schedule:

• Set-Up Crew Arrives: 4:00 PM
• Swimmer Arrival: 4:15 PM
• Warm-Ups Begin: 4:30 PM
• Concessions Open: 4:30 PM
• Timers, Runners, Officials, Clerks Arrive: 4:45 PM
• Timers & Officials Meeting: 5:10 PM in the baby pool area

✅ Volunteer Check-In: All volunteers must check in with Tom in the baby pool area to receive credit.

📅 Divisionals – This Saturday!

This is our big team fundraiser, and we need everyone’s help to make it a success!

Today is the final day to sign up for Divisionals.

• If you are attending, please sign up today.
• If you are not attending, please mark yourself as not attending in the system.

🔔 Important:
Everyone attending Divisionals will be assigned a job.
If needed, we can make adjustments after Wednesday’s meet to swimmer entries!
