📸 Olson Photography – Picture Day Instructions & Online Ordering

Please place your order before picture day to help everything run smoothly.

🕖 Picture Day Details:

• Arrival Time: Please be there by 7:45 AM sharp.
• RSVP: Let us know you're coming so we have enough donuts for everyone! https://stoneridgesharks.swimtopia.com/calendar_events/729670/calendar_event_rsvps/new
• Important: Swimmers may enjoy donuts only after completing both their team and individual photos.

✅ Step-by-Step Ordering Instructions:

1. Go to: www.olsonphotography.com
2. Enter Access Code: SWIM
3. Create an Account
   (Skip this step if you already have one.)
4. Place Your Order
5. Prepare for Picture Day:
   • Fill out an order slip at the shoot with your confirmation number,
     OR
   • Print your child’s order and send it with them (or with the sibling group).
6. Confirmation:
   You’ll receive a confirmation number via email and text.
7. Multiple Children?
   • Each child needs a separate order and unique confirmation number.
8. Bring to the Shoot:
   • Have your child or sibling group bring the printed form or confirmation number to give to the photographer.

👨👩👧👦 For Families with Multiple Children:

• Each child must have a separate order and checkout/payment.
• Sibling groups only need one order.
  Be sure to list first names of all siblings on the form.

🖨️ No Printer?

No problem! Just have your child bring the confirmation number to the shoot.
Order slips will be available at the shoot to write it down.
