This is your last chance to sign up for our final home meet of the season!
Deadline: Sunday at 11:59 PM – no late additions allowed.
Theme: Colleges – as we celebrate our five amazing seniors!

🎁 Senior Send-Off – Help Us Build Gift Baskets
Let’s send our seniors off to college with love! We’re collecting small gift cards or useful college items to help them settle into dorm life.
Here are some ideas you can contribute:

• Gift cards (Target, Amazon, etc.)
• Laundry supplies (detergent pods, dryer sheets, laundry bags)
• School supplies (notebooks, pens, highlighters, sticky notes)
• Toiletries (shower caddies, towels, flip-flops, travel-size items)
• Snacks (granola bars, popcorn, instant noodles, gum)
• Room essentials (command hooks, LED lights, mini fans)
• Reusable water bottles

📸 Picture Day – Wednesday, July 9 at 8:00 AM
There will be no practice that morning, but all swimmers should arrive by 7:45 AM in their royal blue team suit and 2025 team shirt. Swimmers cannot participate unless wearing these items. 
We will take the team photo first, followed by individual photos for those who would like them. They will take siblings as an individual shot for families.

🎉 End-of-Season Pool Party – Volunteers Needed!
This event is a highlight of the season for many kids, but we need a volunteer to lead the planning.
If no one steps up this week, we will unfortunately have to cancel before ordering awards.

Please remember: the board already puts in countless hours behind the scenes to make this season a success. While we love supporting the team, we cannot lead every event. We are all volunteers working together for the benefit of all our swimmers.
