Hi Sharks Families,

If you're receiving this email, it means your swimmer has been placed on a relay for our meet this Wednesday. Please take a moment to read everything below, even if you've done relays before.

🧠 What’s a Relay?

A relay is a team event where 4 swimmers each swim part of the race. It’s a fun way to work together and earn points for our team.

🕒 When Are Relays?

Relays take place at the end of the meet, after all the individual events. That means even if your swimmer finishes their races earlier, they MUST stay until the very end if they are in a relay.

⚠️ No-Shows Hurt the Team

If one swimmer doesn't show up, the entire relay is disqualified that means three other swimmers lose their chance to compete and earn ribbons. If your swimmer misses a relay without notice, they may not be placed in relays for the rest of the season. We really count on everyone to be there!
