⏰ Meet Timeline

• Arrival Time: by 6:55 AM
• Warm-Ups: Sharks 7:10–7:35 AM
• Target Start Time: 7:45 AM
• Hard Stop: Pool must be cleared by 12:00 PM

⏳ The host team is working hard to complete the full meet including relays. Please be on time to help make that possible!

2. Breaststroke
3. Backstroke
4. Butterfly
5. Individual Medley (IM)

👥 Volunteer Assignments Volunteer Briefings (7:15 AM):

• Stroke & Turn: Near Ref/Starter Tent
• Timers: By Rock Climbing Wall

🧑⚖️ Lovettsville will provide the Referee and Starter.

📐 Pool Info

• 25-yard pool
• Results will be converted to meters
• Timers stay at pool house end; 25-yard events start at far end

🚗 Parking Details

• ✅ Gravel Lot: Available for swim meet families
• 🚫 Paved Lot: Reserved for Community Center
• 🅿️ Overflow:
• Lovettsville Community Park – 12565 Milltown Rd
• E Broad Way 
• Neighborhood streets near Frye Ct

🕖 Please arrive early and allow time to walk to the pool. The meet will not be delayed for late arrivals.

🦈 Sharks Team Area Our designated space is on the grass near the tennis courts, just outside the pool gate.

Parent Viewing

• Spectators may enter the deck to watch their swimmer, then must exit promptly
• 👶 Baby pool area is off-limits
• 🏞️ Ramp and walkway between pool and disability ramp are for Coaches & Officials only
• Playground use requires parent supervision

• 🌯 Breakfast Burritos
• ☕ Locally Roasted Coffee
• 🍬 Candy & Snacks

Payment: Cash & Credit Cards (We are also welcome to bring our own snacks and drinks.)
