HOA Pool Policy
June 3rd
Families,
Since the pool is open during evening practice, we must follow the HOA pool rules. Please read the rules the lifeguards MUST enforce to comply with hte HOA rules or we could lose access to the pool in the evening. (Remember we only have 4 evening practices left for each group as you read)
- If you are under 13, you cannot be at EVENING practice without a parent or guardian. If you cannot be with your child, you need to arrange for them to go with a trusted guardian who is staying on site.
- If you are 13-15, you cannot be at practice without a parent or guardian, unless you have passed the HOA swim test with your parent present to sign the liability waivers. The only person who can sign is the parent or legal guardian.
- If you are out of the neighborhood, the swim test rule does not apply as it only applies to residents. So, a parent or guardian must be present if out of neighborhood swimmers are not 16.
- No one is allowed to use the side gate.
- Everyone must enter and check in with the lifeguards before practice. We are going to give them a list of out of neighborhood swimmers and their ages.
- If you are out of neighborhood, you must leave after practice or have a resident use a guest pass to allow you to stay.
Thank you for your understanding and respect of the HOA policies. Morning practices cannot come soon enough!
