Welcome to Sharks 2025!

Dear Sharks Families,

We are excited to welcome you to the 2025 swim season! Below are some important details to get you started:

Parent Meeting

  • Date: April 22
  • Time: 6:30 PM
  • Location: Arcola Elementary School
  • Team Suit Try On

Volunteer Checks:

Each family will give a check of $400 to participate. It must be turned in by May 11.

The Stone Ridge Sharks will not cash any check unless you do not meet your volunteer requirement. Total per Points for the season will be decided before the parent meeting. Swim meets take many volunteers, so we need your help! Without volunteers, we cannot hold meets or events.

At the parent meeting, please turn in your volunteer checks to John Evankovich or drop them in his mailbox at 42064 Basalt Dr.

Volunteer Buyout:

If you are unable to volunteer and would like us to cash your check, please let us know by April 21. We need to divide the points equally per family.

Team Suit Information:

  • Try-On: During the Parent Meeting. Team suits ARE required for 2025. They are the same suit as last year with a new logo. Either logo is fine. We are back to CASSELS.
  • Participation: Swimmers will not be able to participate at meets or time trials without a suit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Kickboarders: Team suits are NOT required for Kickboarders.
  • Refunds/Exchanges: All suits are non-refundable or exchangeable. Please try them on.
  • Order Deadline: May 11. Team Store Link

Named Caps:

  • Named caps have returned and to ensure no one loses their caps, we are asking families to please order if using caps.
  • Last year, we had so many caps without an owner after every meet.
  • Caps are $55 for a pair of caps.
  • Most Swimmers have their last name, but please let us know what you would like.
  • Swimmers can order caps at the Parent Meeting.
  • All orders are due by Sunday, April 27.
