Congratulations!  If you are receiving this email, you have already qualified for the ODSL All Star Meet on Saturday, July 27 at Loudoun Valley Villages.  

If you have only qualified in ONE stroke after Wednesday, you are allowed to swim on Saturday at Divisionals in any stroke, but the one in which you are qualified.  You are also allowed to swim at All Stars this year.  

If you have qualified in 2 + strokes, you are NOT allowed to swim this weekend at Divisionals.
