HOA/Lifeguard Updates:

• If you are going to use the pool during swim practice while it is open during the evening, please check in as if it were a normal day at the pool.  The HOA has asked them to make sure anyone in the water not practicing has checked in.

Dropping off Swimmers: 

• For practice, if you are dropping off a swimmer, please return 15 minutes before the end of practice.  We do not have adults to supervise children.  You must be here before the end of practice to take your child home. 
• Children cannot wait in the parking lot for their parents unattended.  
• For meets, there are no adults to supervise children, parents/guardians must be present for the duration of the meet unless your swimmer is in high school. All of the volunteers present at meets are extremely busy.  

Weather Cancellations: 

• We will notify as soon as possible, but as with summer weather, storms can pop up very quickly.  When weather is a concern, please do NOT leave practice. 
• The Swimtopia Mobile App is very useful for many things, but when you download it and sign in, you will receive push notifications from us instantly about weather delays on your mobile device. This app will also do much more for you as the season progresses and the link above will tell you more!
